Havent received any news on our plot

Sir, We booked a plot thru viaan infrastructure in the year 2007 and paid the full and final payment of 3lakhs in the month of with the assurance that we will be given the possession of our plot in about an year... We had used up our hard earned savings to buy this plot for future investment for our kids..we visited their office as well in CP but it no longer is there..we r totally shattered and in despair..Please help..we have our hopes set on your advised..Please Please do not ignore this page of mine, and waiting for your advise..
