No basic infrastrutures like road, proper septic tank

Dear all,

I booked a flat in november from M/s. Ponpankaj properties at Mansa Garden Road, Urapakkam, Chennai (a highly unprofessional builder), whose building permit also expired and not provided even proper septic tank for 6 homes in our block (only we 2 dwellers are thereand balance not sold), it overflows everymonth and even after repeated requests, he is not responding for that, more over, my main door and gate has not been fully and finally varnished and painted. The water pump also often got repaired and no proper motor room has been constructed.

As per rules of builders, for the unsold flats he has to give the maintenance charges

I request corresponding Urapakkam President to take this issue against the builder to save me and others in that complex.
