Poor quality of construction

Hi All,

This is give a friendly warning to anyone who is planning to buy apartment from XS Real... Please visit XS Real's Fair Square Amity before planning for any apartment purchase from XS Real. The apartment's construction is not up to mark and the builder has not provided even the basic things like sustainable water sources. XS Real has also not helped in forming an association and the customer service is pathetic. The customer service folks at XS Real is a bunch of senseless crooks, who will neither listen nor help the customers.

We feel cheated for buying this apartment from XS Real... There is a big list of issues not solved even after 1 year of handing over the apartments.
