Top of the WORST list

Absolutely the worst of its kind. I'm in a condominium building managed by them in downtown Calgary - Poor management at all levels, e.g. pool/sauna inadequately maintained, rude untrained staff who know nothing about 'bylaws' only to use them to threaten tenants and to impose fines, No/overnight notice on domestic water shutdowns, dirty common areas, halting renovations half way through for almost 1 year (still 'in progress'), facilities severely worn without repairs or replacement, just to name a few. Absolutely avoid if possible!
