We had booked two sites 1200 sq ft each in Fortune Lake View layout under Sai Ramana Constructions in Feb. Till date the developers have neither carried out the promised development of the layout, nor made efforts towards getting the release order from BMRDA. When we tried to contact the office of Sai Ramana Constructions, the developers are neither accepting to transfer the agreement to another party at no extra cost (we were asked to pay Rs.1 lakh extra), nor accepting to cancel the agreement and return our money (as per the clause in agreement). The owner's name is Kothapalli Nageshwar Rao. At the moment he is in making 2nd phase layout leaving the first phase customer in lurch.
