House Owner - Advance Money problem

Hi all

I and my Friends stayed for 10 months in perungudi Chennai.

Our Owner (JK Anand) 7299994991, 7299994900 got 60 K advance from us.

he wont response properly for any of our complaints regarding house maintenance, water prob, motor prob, electric prob.

he will come on every 10th of a month to get Rent and disappears

we plan to change our home and rented a home in same perungudi on October we asked our owner (JK Anand) to give the advance amount back, he is not at all responding

initially he gave 25k

then after 1 month of struggling he gave 10 K

by dec month he gave 5 K

remaining 20 K???

now by jan we are calling him daily,

THAT STUPID FELLOW SAYING THAT "YOU CANT GET MONEY FROM ME" DO WHAT EVER YOU LIKE

these type of stupid's could be punished severely.

Dont get ceated by JK Anand 7299994991, 7299994900 in Perungudi OMR Chennai.
