Building not yet complete. No Parking

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm a resident of Silver Apartment A Wing, Vakola, Santa Cruz (East) for the past 6 years and it is sad to say that the building is not yet completed neither any O.C. provided or proper society formed, we approached the builder several times but he does not seem to hear us and say's "Do whatever you want to do I don't care". We are fedup of this and even approached a lawyer, the lawyer is charging big money to take the case and we also hear from the other buildings who are facing similar problem from the same builder that he approaches the lawyer and pays them money and buys them. We have a series of problem in the building.
