Non-availability of water as basic amenities

Hi,

I am residing in Diamond City North hosuing complex in Kolkata. The complete address of my flat is as below:

West Bengal.

As per our agreement for buying the flat, the promoter will provide 24 hours un-inturrupted water supply to all buildings.

But for last 1 year I have started staying in my flat permamnently, and ever since we facing water outage very frequently. After speaking to other residents in my block, I have come to know that this has been a regular affair since the handover 3 years back. The only remedy to this is multiple frustrated phone calls to the maintenance company and waiting for water supply to resume. Multiple complians to the construction company did not get anything better.

Of late the problem started reoccurring multiple times in a day and all the residents of this block 13 in the complex seems to be helpless. Also please note that we have been paying maintenance fee for our flats (for me it is Rs. 1753 month) ever since the handover was done. But we are deprived of basi amenities like water. As per some of the technitians in plumbling, the whole problem is because of low capacity water supply network set up by the construction company.
