Faulty Lift

We are living in Balaji Greens Society, Dhayari, Pune. Builder has Install Lift Alfa Elevators in our society.

Now, we are living since 1/12 Years in this society. The Lift is of very low quality. Within a week 2-3 times the Lift not works. The level of the lift is also not maintained.

We had asked the Builder for removing the existing Lift & Install New Lift. But, he denies.

We had asked to give the Back for Lift, but he is not doing. Still, Builder has not formed the Society.

In this situation, the responsibility if of Builder to maintain the Lift & also provide the Good Quality Lift.

Most of the times Senior Citizens, Childerns stuck in the lift due to no back up for Lift.

We request you to take help us in this situation.
