False promise

Hi,

1) At the time booking the flat, SS1 people told me that this is landlord flat and you have to pay 30% of amount from your pocket and for remaining 70% you can go for home loan. I paid 250000 as token amount.

But now they are telling that as it is a landlord flat you can not get the home loan for this flat and you have to pay 100% from my pocket.

2) At the time of booking they told that they will handover the flat in August and now they are telling handover of the flat will be in 2015.

3) At the time of booking they told that we can suggest some alterations to internal bedroom door positions as per vastu and now they are telling no alterations are allowed.
