I want to buy an appartment/flat. i went to new project in flats/apprtments. In which they are given a rate and multiply with super built up area. now i ask about super builtup are. They reply 30 - 40% of buitup area. this calculatioon mathode adopted by all local builders. But i calculate an builtup are it comes near 65-70 Sq. Yards. now and add 40% superbultup area then it comes 28 so, 70 28= 98 Sq. Yards. But they say 125 to 135 Sq. Yards for each flats. Now they are calculating revese like 135 Sq. Yard 40 % so it comes 54 now 135-54=81 Sq. Yards. even calcutatinng in wrong manner. The builtup area could not match with actual builtup area. So all builder are cheat customer during selling in calculation of super builtup area.

Now i inquire in corporation Super builtup area should be add 30 to 40 % (according to plan) maximum in your built up area.

So I request you kindly make a clear picture what is superbuilt up and builtup area and calculation mathode. so we can pay on it and hovaur all the customer in this market.
