Non delivery of House

Sir,

I was allotted a semi build independent house by Alliance Builders and Contractors ltd in Mahanagar Phase II Utsav scheme in Jan. I was assured that I would be given possession of house by 18 th Month. I also have the sale agreement of the same and the development agreement. I took a loan of 13 Lakhs from Bank for that. It has been three years since then and the house is not yet been handed over to me. The work on my house is too slow and every time I contact them they give me a possession date advanced by 3 to 4 months. This has been continuing for the last two years. The fate of other house allottees in the society is the same. I do not know what to do. The directors of the firm are also not coming on telephone. I am badly in debt because of this. Please help
