VICTIM OF UNSCRUPLUS DEAL OF ALLIANCE NIRMAAN LTD

We had booked a residential plot measuring 200 sq. yds in Alliance Nirmaan Ltd project CITY ONE at Rudrapur, Udhamsingh Nagar, Uttranchal. We had paid an amount of Rs.2, 25, 000/-(Rupees Two Lakh Twenty five thousand only) Vide cheque no: 498248 dated 24.07.2006 drawn upon Citi Bank, New Delhi against the company's Official Receipt No: R-1392 dated 10-07 issued in the name of LAVI RASTOGI & SHIVANI RASTOGI.

The advance was paid against the allotment of the said plot which has neither been allotted to us so far, nor the money has been refunded to us, inspite of our repeated requests and pursuances from time to time. As per their terms of contract if the allottment was not made within six months, then we were entitled for refund. We have sent e-mails, letters and contacted personally on phone in their office. Last time when we had contacted their office in April their staff in charge had promised us that they shall get in touch with us and inform the correct status. Again we had sent a letter in May but no response was received. Even after more than a month, they have not responded. We are facing undue hardship and harrassment as the company is neither giving us the property as promised nor are refunding the money paid by us. here are many more complainants against this company.
