Me and my friend booked a plot with alliance nirwan limited at cedar highs, rudrapur.

We made our bookings at around 2 years back and after 4-5 months of booking we cancelled our booking due to non-completion of company's commmitment and at that time company was agreed to refund our booking amount and for the same company issued the post dated cheque to us.

The cheque that company issued was dishonoured at that time and the employees of the company said that please don't make any legal actions to the company we will make your payment within 1 month and now it is around 15-16 months past for their statement, we do not get our payment till today and now even we do not have any contact telephone no. of the company because all the prevous nos. are now out of service and even the employees of the company also do not have any contact no. of their boss

So it requested that kindly take the disciplinary action to the company so that we get our payments early.
