The builder is not completing the job and delaying the process of getting the possession of apartments with statutory clearances, municipal door number, electricity, water and functional common amenities as per original MOU and sale agreements. Patiently all the apartment owners have waited for last 45 months. He has almost stopped all the work in the site and also has entered into unauthorised selling of altered car parking area in front of the compound with third parties without consent from the owners (against the original MOU / agreement signed with the residents association, thereby altering the already allotted UDS of members). Pls advise how to get the delivery of flats with working common amenities, as we are suffering mental agonies and financial losses.
