I have read your article of July 5. I am a resident of Panvel and come to know that you have invested money in 2 bhk flat in Wakadi with Mr. Zende..

I would like to inform you that Mr. Sachin Zende is a fraud and the land in which he is claiming to built or construct is owned by a very reputed businessman in Mumbai and they have not sold the land to him.

They have also advertised in the newspapers, enclosing herewith the article. They have also taken legal action against him.

Kindly tell your people about the fraud and that the land cannot be converted into NA (non-agricultural) and the area falls under green zone and there cannot be any construction activity on the green land.

Also let your other people know about the fraud so that they do not fall in his trap and to take precautions.
