Poor Quality, Bad Workmanship and No Customer Care

Please find below our Complaints:

1) There are number of cracks almost in all window bottoms which is

visible inside and outside the house. Inside Cracks have broken the

tiles and the outside cracks going down to the floor and foundation

which clearly speaks about their poor quality and bad workmanship. We

can also see number of cracks throughout the house which speaks about

improper water curing and quality of material.

2) Bathroom and washing waters are not provided with sufficient choke

pits and so water was overflowing through the inspection covers

provided inside the walkway of the house and it was smiling badly and

also overflowing water was going to the main road and they have

refused to attend to the problem which we have attended recently by

spending more than Rs10000/=.

3) The main E.B incoming cable provided was poor quality and it has

failed and we were not getting supply within a short period and they

have refused even to check the problem and we have no other option to

lay a temporary 720 cable on the top of the building and hanging it in

the wall

4) The pump set provided to lift the water from the well to the

overhead tank is not sufficient, and it takes min 2 hours to fill the

tank and they refused to attend to it.

5) The EB meter box and mains wirings are not provided with cover

(Promised to provide) and left as it is causing safety hazard and we

are always behind our children when they move out.

6) The Eb bills for house and common current meter has not been

changed to the owner till date and it is still in the name of the

builders.

7) All the vehicle parking gates are not designed and provided

properly and all the street dogs are entering into the gates and

creating nuisance which he has not bothered.

8) The window grill work done are not properly designed and if we

can’t keep the window open. People can easily put their full hands

inside and also the weldings are not done properly and already it has

given away and the rods has fallen adding to safety of the house.

9) the washing stone provided on the open terrace is placed wrongly and

so washing water goes into well and they have refused to relocate it

10) Since he has not attended all these problems, we have not yet

signed the completion certificate and so the house was not yet handed

over to us as per record even though we have paid their full money.
