ANDAL HOMES AT YAPRAL
NOT PROVIDING DOCUEMNTS

Andal Homes at Yapral Secunderbad is gated community venture being developed by SLV Estate Pvt Ltd. From the naration of exicutives at there and brouchers and the CD they provided I had paid a token advance on 23 Sep 2011 for posessing a villa in the venture, Nearing the completion of one year even after requsting them regularly and sending upto 25 mails, neither they provided the docuements nor even bothered to reply the mails. Though they have registed the plot on my name but refused to give the original deed to me. The another misarable thing is that the construction work is still on initial stage. I can't understand where is the problem and why the exicutives even after knowing the situations/mode of operandi of the management keep on traping the customers. This not the case of mine only, slowly when we are contacting each other came to know this is happening with many customers.

I request the authorities concerned and capable NGO association to help in this regards either to get a proper documents or to get the refund entire amount I had paid with normal interest. Thanks
