The payment made details as follows

13/09 - Rs 2000 – Cash paid

19/09 - Rs 18000 – Cash paid

21/02 - Rs 20000 - Receipt no. 521 of New Star City

06/09 - Rs 40000 – Cash paid and got agreement

01/11 - Rs 43800 - Cash paid [Receipt No. 368 got for Rs 43700 = 87x500 100x3]]

TOTAL - Rs 123800

Initially I made a payment of Rs 40000/- to buy one plot No. 477 of this person at their project New Star City at Semmandampalayam, Tiruppur. They had not registered that plot in my name saying their partners got split and advance money I paid was added in their New Golden City project, Sokkannur

The party has given me agreement in stamp paper number 50 AA 259062, TAMILNADU 14896 dated 02.09.2010 mentioning all payments details and site registration. They mentioned in agreement to give me free registration of site if I pay complete money before 06/11 and I paid complete amount before that date on 01/11.

After that I had been calling regularly to get registration done and for last three months they have not given me site registered in our name.

25/11 - I call Mr. Karuppusamy and he said registration will be done in one week and he will inform me date of registration.

01/12 – I call Mr. Karuppusamy and he said he will do registration on 9/12/10. As it was AADI MAASAM in tamilnadu he said registration cannot be done, being an outside state person i was not able to understand that it was aadi maasam and I belive him

03.01.2011 – I call Mr. Karuppusamy and he said registration doing after 10 days, also he was waiting for other land buyers to come for registering together for saving registration cost

17/01 – I called Mr. Karuppusamy and someone pick phone and said he is at Shabarimala, registration doing after he comes back

20/01 – I called Mr. Karuppusamy and he said he will make registration in 2011 February 1st week

On Saturday 05th February morning I went to meet Mr. Karuppusamy at his office in PN Road and he was not available, over phone he said that site cannot be registered due to some road construction problem through the land and he will give me another plot at some other place in Tiruppur.

The first plot I booked in New Star City was changed to this plot in New Golden City and registration is delayed for 3 months and now he is asking me to change to another plot.

It is clear to me from above dealings that Mr. Palanisamy and Mr. Karuppusamy had cheated me by taking complete money from me and delaying registration for three months and now saying this site is illegal for registration.

After this i went to check at neighbourhood of the site and came to know that there are some govenment constructions coming there and it is coming inside through the plot, this matter was hiden from November till february and they had purposefully cheated me,

I am not interested in further dealings with them and buying another land from this agents and I asked them to return amount of Rs 123800/- [Rupees One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Eight Hundred only] by cash / DD immediately.

I request you to kindly do the needful for getting back my money paid to this agent.
