Cheap quality construction and post purchase support

I have purchased a villa in ansal sushant city, jaipur. before 18 months it is been handover to me. but the quality of products used in the building is cheap.

1. the wood used in windows is very cheap quality.

2. no proper water and electricity supply.

3. there is sewage and leakage in whole building.

4. no proper security.

5. lack of post purchase support.

please help. its a big mistake that i have purchased a house here.
