Increasing Houe Area in Paper again and again

I have purchased an flat in Ansal's Sunshine County, Kundali Haryana, in Dec. In the papers area was mentioned 1475 Squar Feet for which we have paid in full. Few months back, Ansal had issues a letter for asking payment for the increased area from 1475 to 1563 Squer Feet and they said they will give us the flat read to live. This increased amount was an extra burden to us but somehow we have paid the same.

But again ansals has issues a letter for asking new area increased amount which is around 2 lac.

Now they have increased area from 1563 to 1680 Squer Feet.

So my complaint is why they are increasing price again and again. Althought its no where mentioned that they can increase price like this.
