Withheld of document

I have booked a villa in megapolis May however even after a year Ansal has failed to provide masterplan due to which I am not able to get disbursement from bank home loan... this is attracting 17% interest.. till date noone from ansal is responding...

I am following up with Subuddhi from Ansal at GN.
