Booking Amount Reversal

I had booked one Floor in Ansal Sushant Lok II by giving booking amount 3 Lacs 70 Thousand, Bank had commiteed that I will get loan amount but I didnt get, Ansal has sold same floor with a very loss amount to other and also verbally said that if i will not get loan amount they will deduct 22% booking amount and balance will be returned but now i am not able to purchase the floor, Ansal Builwell is refusing to return my booking amount, please suggest what I should do as booking amount is too big for a middle class family but Ansal can sell the floor to other and return my booking amount.
