POOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION

I have purchased a house AC-190, Ansal's East End, Tronica City, Loni, Distt Ghaziabad. From the day of taking possession, many works are still required to be done. On my complaint, few things were completed by the company but still a lot work is pending. The main work required to be done is as under :-

(a) Door bell connection has not been given.

(b) Broken tiles have been fixed in toilets which are required to be changed.

(c) Seepage has come in the ceiling.

(d) Electric points do not work properly.

(d) Deep has not been given in kitchen and toilets. Therefore water comes outside in rooms.

(e) Outer plaster of house has come out.

(f) Cement-Sand ratio used in house is 1:8.

(g) Dana has not been put in Mosaic flooring.

Apart from the above, there are many things which have been left unattended.
