The Aquapolis project is delayed excessively and affected all of us badly.

1. Write in print media, electronic media and internet-

There are various sites like Indian Real Estate Form, Common Floor. Consumercourt.in consumercourtforum.in etc on internet where each of us should write regularly to involve more and more buyers in this project.and post maximum information with all contact details. The details posted on these sites can help us in forming a larger member association.

2.Core centre is govt. of India enterprise under ministry of consumer affairs. Its website address is ccccore.co.

3. Filing a complaint against Ansal in Economic Offence wing of Delhi Police crime branch under carious Indian Penal Code Sections as well as economic Offence Wing of Uttar Pradesh police. More complainants make complaint well investigated. We can also file application under RTI Act to know status of our complaint. Joint complaint in police can render better results in shorter period.

4.File application under RTI Act 2005 to get facts about aquapolis projects:

7.I have known that we can file complaints at miscellanous platforms at a single time for better results like criminal, consumer and civil court.

First floor plan of Aquapolis Project, bearing S. No. 262/BHA/GH/0708 approved by Ghaziabad Development Authority on 12-02 and revised map of Aquapolis Project bearing S.No.543/BHA/GH-09 approved by Ghaziabad Development Authority on date 24-06, bear a stamp affixed by Ghaziabad Development Authority. that the builder shall compulsorily fix a board on site and write over it the S. No and date of sanctioned building plan.. But the builder has violated the G.D.A. above mentioned ruling and has not put up board on site and written over it the S.No.and date of approvals. Vide Ghaziabad Development Authority letter no.527/mp/10 dated 14-05-10., I have been informed that only 7 towers of D-type are approved in group housing lay out plan under RTI quarry.

I would request all the persons affected by above to join together and form some association and apply group pressure on Ansal.. Please communicate me your phone/E-Mail/permanent and temporary Home Address /office Address. Please also inform Your Flat or Plot No. name of allot tee, date of booking, total amount deposited etc. Also inform whether you have got changed your earlier tower. Also send contact details of your acquaintances who have booked flat/plot in Aquapolis Project and also inform me about any fresh development in Aquapolis Project..Also send your self attested photo Id Proof. You can send the above details on my address by courier or by E-Mail. You may yourself send your complaint at various places and may send a copy to my E-Mail Address. If any one of you know some reliable consumer matter advocate/criminal advocate/civil advocate, kindly e-mail his address and phone number. So far, I have been able to receive various documents related with Aquapolis Project from G.D.A.under RTI Act which also I am attaching as attachment..
