Delay in proseccing loan hence cancelation of deal

I have sealed deal with Anshika Associates for a flat at U-10, Subhash park, uttam nagar west of 60 yard with the deadline of 15th Jan'11 & paid amount of 1, 40, 000 as a bayana amount on the name of Avtaar Builder, uttam nagar. But after compeltion of flat, builder returned my money quoting the loan has not been sanctioned on due date.

Till the time of the completion they have used our money for nearly 6 month & after compeltion they will sale the property on higher price. Thats the motive of their activity.

I need the compesation of my 6 month harrassment.
