Co-owner and my neighbour in our apartment has thrown out our wooden packing cases kept under the water tank on the terrace in our absence from the flat.
I have filed a complaint with the police station. But no action as yet.
He has enclosed the common area in front of his main door with iron grill.
What action can be initiated against such violation of bye laws and high-handedness?
