Apartment
Apartment not given in good condition

Greetings,

I had bought a flat from Builders in 2009. I was assured to get the apartment in Dec or Jan. After lot of problems, Builder provided me a half baked apartment in April. Since then I am following up with him for the pending work. He is not responding. We are major problems like water gets in to the Living room and Bed room when it rains and we have to be there all night taking care of it. Couple of such issus are there.

I have followed up with the builder, his engineers, their management but they dont react. Now they dont even pick up my calls.

Could you please advice what steps I should take next?
