Don't Buy the flats with Land Owner's share in Mahaveer Riviera J.P.Nagar 5th Phase which is under construction because they engage the brokers to sell their share and they doesn't give full info about the project and brokers will give all wrong commitments and that cannot be full filled by them and they will always keep the margin on the rates and they sell the apartments so beware of the of Land owner's you wont get the good service so always buy the flats with builders directly they will give you the good support until the completion of the project.
