Apple a Day Property P Ltd
Nano Flat Booking - Not delivered

Booked one nano flat with Apple a Day Property (P) Ltd at their New Cochin project and gave Rs. 4, 50, 000 against that. They promised to deliver the flat by 2011 March. For Six months they were sending photos and udating the developements of construction. After that, no news. In 2010 April, they sent one letter showing they changed their local contractor and gave charge to TCL and within two months, the work will restart and finsh as per schedule. But then there is no news about the work. when ever we are calling them, they are not taking the telephone. Finally I got their MD mr. Saju, so he told me there was some financial problem not everything resolved, so we will start it again. In the meantime I heard all their projects have been delayed. I don't want to continue this project. I want to take my money back. So kindly register a case against Apple a Day properties Pvt. Ltd and help me to get my money back.
