We have bought anew cycle worth Rs.3000 Last night from that store when we saw after reaching home it was damaged. We went there within 12 hours for exchanging but the manager a tall person talked very harshly to us. Atleast he would have explained the situation instead he took our cycle and kept in the road. We were very upset. Some action should be taken against these stores.
