Non redressal of complaint

Inspite of buying more than 100AC from Comfort (Local Dealer of LG electronics in faridabad) by the Hospital, no redressal of complaint.

Whenever we lodge a complaint they give us a number of complaint for eg 41601114, 41601120, 41601138, 41901482 etc etc.but no heed to our request.
