Cheating/fraud

We have joined with CASA RETREAT as member in Oct.2008 by paying Rs.18, 000/- . They made agreement for 3 years ie they arranged stay in hotels for 4days and 3 nights in tourist spot all over the India. During the period we need not pay anything for the stay (including luxury tax) for 2 children and 2 adult. We never utilized the above for 2 years. But In July We tried to booked rooms in Ooty, that time one Mr. Ravi of Casa retreat mentioned that we have to pay confirmation fees of Rs.3, 500/-. But in agreement they have mentioned specifically we need not pay any room rent and tax etc.. So we never utilized the above holidays stay. In that agreement they mentioned that 3rd year holiday stay we can make it as cash. But no response from their end for my emails, phone calls etc.

We are from Chennai in 2008 they have office in Annanagar, Chennai. Please help me in this regard and I want my money back.
