Cheating and Non refund of Money Paid

The company made me a member with elaborate promises in 2000 in Chandigarh and I paid Rs 1.30 Lakhs for preferential services to be made available by the company for holidays stay, boarding and lodging. In the last 10 years they could not give me service of even Re1 either on account of non-availability or sometimes reservation was made but when I reached the resort I was told you have no reservation. Requested company offices many times to cancel my membership and refund money but that could not be done on one excuse or the other.

Bottom line is Rs 1.30 Lakhs paid 10 years ago. Zero service provided and now refusing to refund the money. The Company should be hauled up, penalized and fined for such misrepresentation and non delivery of services promised on preferential basis but never provided.
