From 4th May The airtel dth Set top box is not Receiving signals even though the cables are connected properly. Also the Balance is Rs.200 The Customer Id allotted to us is 3010213265 Please find the solution to this problem as soon as possible.
Customer Care Services also does not work on the complaints even after calling them 25 times. Please act on this problem as soon as possible or we will cancel the connection.
