Complaint not attended from 4 days

I had done complaint on 17/6/08 about my dish tv connection that some daily viewing channels are not coming. Till date no body bother to attend it and i got new complaint numbers as the operator Mr. Rakesh told me that somebody had wrongly closed your complaint. On 19th when i contacted at call center Ms. Harvinder ensured me that the complaint will be rectified today only but on 20th morning Mr. Rakesh told me that complaint is closed in computer. Today they went to old address and till this time no body has come though they promise to come at right address.

I am so frustrated that i like to throw away the dish. I recommend to every person in India, not to install the dish TV.
