Poor customer care

Inspite of number of tele calls, SMS Complains, and requests regarding NO signal on my TV, the customer care of the company is Not bothering to take any corrective action. (Complaint No. 14892637).

Very POOR service and harassment to the customer. GOD Bless the Company.
