Iptv not being deactivated

My iptv service has not being de-activated yet and I have been charged a hefty amount every month despite of not using the services and also called up the customer service several times to stop the service as I'm not staying in that apartment anymore.

Please help me with the same as it has been falling to their deaf ears.
