MONEY DEDUCTION FROM BANK ACCOUNT

I hav recharged my dishtv account from sbi debit card and mr processing got stuck and the amount is deducted from the bank account and my dish tv is also not got recharged //... they told me that money will get reverted in your account but it doesnt haappens... please helppppp
