Not taking complaint seriorsly

I have lodged complaint for my Samsung LCD LA-19R71BM comp.no. 8411087880 dt. 20.07.09. And after 10 days I am on the same plateform, as there is no proper response from your complaint helpline nos.

I was not expecting this type of response from Samsung, as I am hardcore samsung product user. You are requested to kindly process this faster.
