Delay in replacing after problem in item during warranty

Hi, I had ordered MItashi Smarty Blue from Flipkart and received it on 7th Oct. On 27th Oct, while trying to charge the handheld unit i observed that its charger is not working. Have been trying to follow up with them since 31st Oct but they keep telling me that they will get back to me in 24 hrs but so far no resolution of this. It is still under warranty for next 6 months.
