Contrat issue

Last year I got free offerfor 2 nights and three days at any of the RCI certified resort fromGOLD CROWN VACATION (P) Limited . they then gave me one new offer Saying that if I pay ten thousand I can stay at any rci resort for 4 nights and 5 days. Last week when I ask them to book room at Katra/Srinagar/Gulmarg. They said theycannnot entertain me and if I want to avail it I have to go only to auli resort which is too expensive. Now then I ask them to give back the money I diposited they refused to do so. When I ask them to send me a mail that they cannot give my money back they refused to do so. Shoul I go to cusumer court and file a case for reimbursment of Rs 3000/-. I have the recipt of Rs. 3000/- diposited to them.
