Discontinuation of NDTV news &other channels

I am a resident of New India Apts Sec 9 Rohini. I Have been using cable &setup box connection of local franchisee of HATHWAY.For the last two months or so, they have stopped telecast of NDTV NEWS CHANNELS as well as their other feeds like NDTV GOOD TIMES.The stock reply of the local franchisee is that Hathway agreement has not been renewed with NDTV.Now for last 3-4 weeks they have even removed TIMES NOW NEWS CHANNEL from setup box feeds. Is it justified &can they unilatrally debar their consumers like me from viewing such important news channels which we have been watching since long? I MAY REQUEST THAT MY COMPLAINT BE REGISTERED &HATHWAY ORDERED TO RESTORE NDTV &TIMES NOW CHANNELS IMMEDIATELY&R S MITTER
