Is it justified that children are forced to put under the hardness of stressful competition?

Stress is the wear and tear children bodies experience as they adjust to children continually-changing environment; it has physical and emotional effects on them and can create positive or negative feelings.

Because it is more mental than physical, a strange phenomenon can be observed: the younger the person, the more stressed s/he feels. Excessive competition, unattainable high goals and too many options are some of the stressors. Words like burnout, exhaustion, anxiety and boredom have entered the contemporary vocabulary and become a part of children daily conversations. As a result, efficiency goes down.

In present day scenarios, the rat races of success in life, become the backbone of living of every children of our nation. Truly the children are missing their right to get happiness which is restricted by pressure of success and failure.
