Technical Fault

Kindly refer to my complain no.109052627 dated 13/09. The telecast is disrupted continuously. It gets automatically switched off, starts with scanning of channels and after 2-3 minutes again gets off. This problem has been recurring since last two months. My smart card number is 200543221415. Many complaints have been lodged which has not given a fruitful result. Complain no.107978496 dated 28/08 and 108038045 dated 29/08 may also be referred.

The problem has become a disturbance for viewing the channels. I request to send competent technicians to solve the problem.
