Order Not Delivered

Dear Sir,

I have ordered a set of 4 books written by Chetan Bhagat, the company promised to deliver the same in 5-6 days, but failed to do so, now if i am posting a complaint on their site, they are not responding to that. How can they treat a customer like that?
