False of payment

I would like to state that I had recharged

my Reliance Big TV account through

HDFC Bank credit card on 28th 09 2009 1810 Hrs

for Rs 1328/- (Subscriber ID 200582516585).

But the same has not credited till date.

The Transaction ID is 012815 and already

complained so many times my complaint no. is 110075429

will you solve the problem or not and just now i called

again to your customer care so they people are closed

my case with solve my proble... tell me sir/madam what can

i do? is it mistaken to use your Bigtv?
