No after sale service

Hav been regualr subscrober of dishtv for th last 3 yrs, faced reception/receiver problems 2-3 times during th period but it has been regular for the last 6-7 months, th local dealer gave no response while contacted, there has been some problem with the receiver, instead of getting it repaired th dealer suggested me to buy a new receiver. fed up with th services of th dealer got th receiver repaired at my own 4 times from local machenics. irritated with the service i got installed airtell connection three months ago.

thus i was compelled to spend more arround rs - subscribe airtel while i still like the packages and remote etc of dishtv.
