Swimming pool cleanliness

I stayed in lemon tree goa for 3 nights and was travelling with kids.the swimming pool was not cleantt for all the days and the general manager told me she cannot do anything about it and i could check out if i am unhappy, as i was travelling with family i couldnt check out so i refrained my children from swimming which they love to do and my daughter got rashes as she swam for the first day.i was very disappointed with their hosekeeping and food too.it was a terrible experience.
