Not received interest payable and response on request for submission of the preferential shares

Hello,

I had invested through preferential shares in this said company some time in year 2008 and after a lot of follow ups, I managed to get the interest that was promised to me for the initial year and after that I have not received any interest amount from this company.

In the month of October (8th October), I approached this company and had given a written application form for submission of my preferential shares and asking them to render my principal amount along with the applicable interest amount. I do have the seal and signature of the company and the concerned personnel on this written application form. But till date, nobody is bothered to atleast give me a call and give an update on this application form and the status of my interest payable and returning of my principal amount.

I am also sending them regular SMSes (to the concerned personnel) and been getting some responses but without any results. I have all the SMSes that I sent to these concerned personnel with me and the responses from them.

Appreciate if you could help me in getting my invested amount from this company along with the interest amount till date. Please do let me know if you need any further information on this subject. My contact number is 91 9880059878.
